What data we process
This website has no forms or user accounts, and uses no cookies or analytics tools. We only process the data you send us when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram (your name, contact details and whatever you tell us), and the minimal technical logs (such as IP addresses) that our hosting provider keeps to run the site securely.
Why, and on what basis
We use your data to reply to you, manage your booking or commission and send you your piece. The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and, when you book or buy, the performance of that contract.
How long we keep it
For as long as our relationship lasts and, after that, for as long as legal and tax obligations require.
Who we share it with
We never sell or pass on your data. It is used by our essential providers (web hosting in the European Union, email, messaging and couriers to send your piece) solely to provide their service to us.
